How to automatically send step 1 and / or step 2 confirmation emails

We can now, per campaign, optionally send out automatic emails to applicants after they complete the first and / or second step of an application.

This can be switched on and off per campaign by using the edit pencil. Thus:



If checked, the applicant will be automatically emailed an email after "submit"ting the first and / or second step of an application for the campaign.

The emails that get sent out are normal email templates and you can edit these on the email template editor. Thus:



NOTE that these emails do not have PDF files attached. And also NOTE that the 'PDF FOR MAIL-IN MESSAGE' email template is now - until further notice - not in use.
